From plan to site, then from site to an independent resource
For several years, we sourced, acquired, renovated and operated apartments in Budapest. François also designed the remodelling layouts. Working so closely with the projects revealed a consistent gap between simple sales narratives and reality: VAT, services, the building, contractors, programme and end use all interact.
We are not relaunching an on-demand general contractor for every job. The site is primarily editorial: explain decisions, publish planning benchmarks and document cases. Exceptionally, a small number of substantial projects may be reviewed on application.
That independence is deliberate: no published rate is a quotation, we receive no commission for recommending a contractor, and a request for project review may go unanswered.
